Peaceful setting, fertile soil and the sweetest fruits – where true island life begins

We are offering an approx. 11,000 m² mandarin finca with an 87 m² warehouse and three stables in a wind-protected, idyllic and very quiet location in Hoya Grande / Villa de Garafía.

Due to the location of the finca and the prevailing climate, it is ideal for growing mandarins, oranges, almonds, kiwis, plums, pears and, of course, wine. All of these already grow here!

Particularly noteworthy are the approx. 60 mandarin trees, which bear the sweetest and juiciest mandarins we have ever tasted!

Part of the finca is terraced and therefore ideal for wine growing.

A large water tank (approx. 120 m³) with all the necessary connections is available for irrigating the finca. Water for irrigation can be rented or you can purchase the corresponding water shares.

The sub-plot of the finca, on which the warehouse and stables are located (approx. 1,500 m²), is designated as ‘urbano’ in the land registry and can therefore be built on.

With the new land use plan, it is now possible to build up to 300 m² of space in this rural settlement.
This means that either the existing warehouse can be extended or a new residential building with up to two floors can be built on this sub-plot, and/or residential units for tourist rental can be constructed.

Water and electricity can be easily applied for.

The 87 m² warehouse was built from standard hollow blocks.

The load-bearing beams for the roof are made of tea wood.

In addition to the stables, there is also a cave that was used to store vegetables and fruit.

Right next to the water tank, you can marvel at an antique grain threshing floor (Era), which also belongs to the property.

The finca is easily accessible. It can be reached via a track that branches off from the Carretera General Hoya Grande. There is also a bus stop on the corner.

The finca offered here is therefore located in a very quiet and rural area with wonderful panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains as well as the neighbouring settlements, yet it is well connected to the main traffic artery.

Distances by car:
• Las Tricias approx. 20 min.
• Puntagorda approx. 25 min.
• Garafía approx. 20 min.
