Between the ocean and palm tree idyll – welcome to eternal spring
This refreshingly modern Canarian natural stone house with a beautiful winter garden facing the sea, a barbecue area and a large garden with various fruit trees and beautiful palm and dragon trees is located in idyllic El Pino / Villa de Mazo, only 345 metres above sea level and thus in one of the best climate zones on the island.
And what makes this property so special is that everything is on one level – no differences in height, no terraces!
This is a real rarity on La Palma, making living and using the property particularly comfortable and versatile.

The country house faces south-east and when you look out of the large windows, you have an unobstructed view of the ocean.

The natural stone house has just been freshly renovated to a high standard and furnished with great taste. Here, the charm of Canarian natural stone has been successfully combined with the modernity and freshness of today to create a harmonious ensemble.

The main entrance to the house leads to the cosy living room with fireplace on the right and the open-plan kitchen with dining area on the left.
The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. For example, there is a 4-burner gas stove including a wok burner, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
The living room leads to the inviting conservatory, the icing on the cake of the house. Waiting for the morning sunrise here with an espresso is simply indescribable!
Adjacent are two bedrooms and a modern shower room.

The house is surrounded by a terrace with many inviting seating areas, with a barbecue area in the western section. This provides the perfect conditions for a successful barbecue party!

Right next to the terrace, which borders the winter garden, there is also a lovely outdoor shower under a dragon tree!

On the west side of the house, we have a carport, storage space for wood, a shelter for the washing machine, a workshop and a storage room.

The ceilings of the country house are in typical Canarian style made of wood, the insulated glass windows are made of aluminium, the doors are partly made of wood and partly of aluminium, and the floors are made of beautiful, easy-to-clean ceramic tiles.

All important connections for water, electricity, television and fast internet (Verimax) are available.

The spacious garden, with no differences in height and no steps, opens directly to the south in front of the house. In addition to many decorative palm trees and dragon trees, hibiscus, frangipani, aloe vera and cacti, various fruit trees such as mango, plátanos, nisperos, figs, avocado, lemons, oranges, limes and guava also grow here.
An automatic irrigation system is available for watering the garden.

Access to the property is protected by a remote-controlled gate, ensuring privacy.
The property offers parking for several vehicles.

The house is sold furnished.

Make your dream of owning a country house on the Atlantic coast come true – we at MI CASA EN LA PALMA look forward to hearing from you!
WHAT'S AROUND THE CORNER?
=> Villa de Mazo
If you like fertile soil and lush, beautiful green vegetation, then VILLA DE MAZO is the place for you. The coastline in this area is characterised by valleys and farms, while the landscape in the north is more mountainous and wooded.
Tips:
Mercadillo Municipal Villa de Mazo: The farmers' market in Mazo is a must-see! Regional products have been on offer there at the weekend for 15 years! Why not try a caipirinha made from fresh sugar cane?
Casa Roja: Here you can admire and purchase traditional handicrafts from the region!
Parque Arqueológico de Belmaco: Caves on a hillside with prehistoric rock engravings and an adjacent museum.
Iglesia Parroquial de San Blas: The temple of the patron saint San Blas is a beautiful three-nave building from the 16th century.
Fiesta: Corpus Christi de Villa de Mazo – this festival is celebrated with particular devotion! Triumphal arches, corridors and floral arrangements are artfully crafted from flowers and other plant products, which simply enchant the streets of Mazo! Unique!
Playa de La Salemera: A small but beautiful beach right next to a lighthouse and the beach resort of Salemera.
Playa de El Pozo: With a length of 300 metres and a width of 30 metres, this beautiful beach is characterised by its sand and moderate waves with a slight breeze.
Bodegas El Hoyo: Bodegas El Hoyo is located in the municipality of Villa de Mazo. The vineyards, with their characteristic trellis forms on slopes, are strongly influenced by the trade winds, with low temperature fluctuations throughout the year, low rainfall and volcanic soils, enabling the excellent quality of these vineyards.
Restaurante Kiosko Playa Salemera: Specialising in fish dishes: fresh fish, squid and baby squid, moray eels and paellas.
Restaurante Casa Goyo: Very close to the SPC airport in La Palma, with a more than rustic atmosphere and the freshest fish on the island. Be sure to try the SALPICON DE PESCADO SALADO!
