Four private spaces.

One property full of possibilities.

Sunshine, sea views and room for new ideas

This property in La Verada combines an exceptionally peaceful location with a layout rarely found on La Palma.

Four independently accessible living areas are arranged over two floors – ideal for a large family, multi-generational living, guests, or a combination of private living and working under one roof.

The location is simply unique. Once you are here, you will not be in any hurry to leave.

The southerly aspect, sheltered terraces and views across the Atlantic to Santa Cruz de La Palma and the Cumbre Vieja create an atmosphere that allows you to slow down from the moment you arrive.

What makes this property special

  • Flexible use for several generations, family, friends or shared-living ideas.

  • Four areas that can be used separately while still belonging to one home.

  • A garden that has matured over many years, with palms, flowers and a variety of fruit trees.

  • A peaceful green setting with wide views, yet only a short distance from the island capital and the sea.

Four living areas under one roof

Two units are located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. Each area has its own entrance.

According to the existing floor plans, every unit includes a living/kitchen area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The two upper-floor units also have a balcony. A fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere to one of the upper living areas.

The units can be used separately from a physical point of view. However, both the Land Registry and the Cadastre record the building as one dwelling; it is not legally divided into four independent homes.

One layout, many possibilities

The existing layout gives different people or families privacy without losing the character of a shared property.

Anyone wishing to connect the spaces more closely in future can have any potential alterations assessed from a technical and administrative perspective.

This flexibility makes the house particularly appealing to people who are not looking for a standard property, but for a home that can adapt to their own way of life.

Outdoor living – sheltered, sunny and open to the view

In front of the house lies a sheltered sun terrace with the pool.

The generous garden is filled with citrus trees, loquats and palms. This is not a decorative garden created overnight, but a genuine piece of La Palma that has grown and matured over many years.

Favourite places appear naturally here: beside the water, in the shade of the plants or looking freely across the Atlantic. Morning coffee with a sea view, a swim in the afternoon and long evenings outdoors – this is what the property is made for.

The house stands at the end of its access road and therefore enjoys a great deal of peace. Everyday life remains easy, however: Puntallana, Santa Cruz and the main services are all within a short drive.

And then there is the view

From here, the view extends across the entire bay to Santa Cruz de La Palma. Clouds drift over the Cumbre, the sea lies below and, on clear mornings, Tenerife appears on the horizon.

It is not a view that fades into the background: it changes with the light and every kind of weather.

Early morning is particularly beautiful, when the sun rises behind Tenerife and the island slowly wakes up.

Approximate driving times

Tenagua belongs to the green eastern side of the island: mountains behind you, the sea in front, and the island capital of Santa Cruz de La Palma close enough for everything you need in everyday life.

Santa Cruz de La Palma: 10 minutes – old town, shops and city beach

Puntallana: 5 minutes – supermarket, town hall, health centre and school

Playa de Nogales: 5 minutes – one of La Palma’s most impressive beaches

Airport / Los Cancajos: 20 minutes

General Hospital: 20 minutes

Conclusion: a place for people with ideas

This property is much more than a house with a pool. It is a versatile home for people who want to live together while still having space of their own – families, friends, several generations, or new ways of combining living and working.

The four independently accessible areas, the registered built area of 260 m², the 3,186 m² of land and the peaceful panoramic setting form a rare combination.

Anyone who wants not only to visit La Palma, but to create a place here with room to develop, will find an exceptional foundation in Tenagua.
