The country house

As soon as you enter this property, you can feel that it has been designed with attention to detail and a keen sense of style. The light colours, everything is kept in friendly shades of white, and playful details such as artistically painted tiles on the polished floor and the nostalgic wooden windows exude a lightness and tranquillity that is otherwise only found in Mediterranean films.

The lower floor is the communicative centre of the house: an open, deliberately simple kitchen with an adjoining dining room. From here, you can step directly into the light-flooded conservatory – a sheltered retreat with a view of the Atlantic and cosy seating areas, ideal for reading, relaxing or taking a little nap on the daybed.

The adjoining sun terrace offers space under the open sky and leads on to the covered veranda with bougainvillea pergola – a place straight out of a painting.

This floor is complemented by a practical storage room and a separate utility room with washing machine. Everything seems well thought out and yet completely relaxed – just like the house itself.

On the upper floor, you are welcomed by a bright living room, from which you can directly access the terrace leading to the front garden – a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxing afternoon coffee under the palm trees.

A special highlight is the spacious bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean – here, every day begins and ends with a view of the vast sea. Another cosy bedroom on the side of the veranda offers additional space to retreat to, for guests, children or as a study with a view.

And for the ultimate feel-good factor, the upper floor is rounded off by two stylish bathrooms with showers, both with windows for ventilation.

The 1,030 m² plot is an oasis of subtropical beauty. Surrounded by palm trees, strelitzias, bougainvilleas, oleanders, frangipani, pepper trees and nispero trees – all supplied by a practical irrigation system. The garden extends over two levels with retreats, natural stone walls and space for your ideas: whether vegetable beds, hammocks between palm trees or a small yoga area – there are no limits to your imagination.

The various terraces, the conservatory and the balcony offer a place with a view, light and atmosphere at any time of day. Particularly magical: the sunrises over the ocean with views of the neighbouring islands of Tenerife and La Gomera!

The house is fully connected (electricity, water, satellite TV, internet) and is being sold furnished. Parking spaces for several vehicles are also available on the property.
