From weekend cottage to cherished home

When Finca Candelario was built in 1999, it began as a weekend cottage – a place from which the family cultivated the land, ate together and spent their free days in the barranco. Yet those outings increasingly became longer stays: it was simply too beautiful to leave in the evening and drive somewhere else ‘home’. The cottage became a permanent residence, the patio an open-air living room and the garden part of everyday family life.

Once the children had long since left home, a new chapter began. The finca was prepared as a Vivienda Vacacional and now welcomes guests.
