Why this house?
-
Prime secluded location: Situated directly on the cliffs of the Atlantic coast, with a seemingly endless view of the ocean. You can enjoy this view directly from the living room through the huge panoramic windows – a dream! Standing on the wraparound balcony or the large sun terrace, you feel as if you are floating above the fascinating turquoise sea...
-
Authentic island life: your dream home is located in the immediate vicinity of the plaza of the picturesque town of San Andrés, which is now even considered a cultural heritage site. In addition to the extremely friendly neighbourhood and the popular restaurants next to the church – known for freshly caught fish, traditional Canarian tapas and a welcoming, local atmosphere – this is simply a perfect place to enjoy life with friends or family.
-
Natural paradise: You will be welcomed to your property by tall palm trees, oleander and breathtakingly bright bougainvillea. Here you will find places to relax that are sunny until late in the evening, but also offer shade thanks to the unique subtropical plant diversity. The insider tip, the romantic Playa de San Juan, is just around the corner and can be reached via a hiking trail. The surrounding area is also an Eldorado for nature lovers. Explore the natural swimming pools of Charco Azul, the springs of Marcos y Cordero and the unique laurel forest of Los Tilos.
-
Modern, stylish seaside-style home: This extraordinary, modern residence captivates with its inviting atmosphere and fresh, stylish seaside-style furnishings that perfectly reflect the character of the coastal location. The Marrakesh tiles and floor tiles, for example, are beautiful and lend the property a very special charm and character.
-
First floor: The belle étage captivates with a light-flooded salon with large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows facing the sea, a modern, open-plan kitchen with adjoining dining area and a practical pantry. A separate WC with utility area is also available. Both the salon and the dining room open onto a spacious, wraparound balcony that runs along the entire sea side of the house.
-
Second floor: Here you will find a cosy bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a large sun terrace.
-
Ground floor: Separately accessible granny flat consisting of a lounge/bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, kitchen (currently used as a storage room), bathroom with shower and storage room.
-
Your dream home is technically up to date: TV, electricity, water and fast internet (Verimax) are of course available. Hot water is generated by the house's own solar system. In cooler evening hours, electric marble radiators keep you warm... and there is also stair lighting in the garden to ensure you can get home safely in the evening.
-
The property is sold fully equipped and furnished, except for personal belongings and a few pictures.
-
Parking space on the property for 2 cars
-
Perfect connection: Despite its quiet, secluded location, the house is only a two-minute drive from the centre of San Andrés and only a 5-minute drive from the town centre of Los Sauces, where you will find everything you need. And if you own a boat or plan to in the future, you'll be pleased to know that the small fishing and yacht harbour of Puerto Espindola is also only 3 minutes away from your home on La Palma. Incidentally, this is also more than an insider tip for divers!
Let yourself be enchanted by the magic of this extraordinary seaside property and create a home where everyday life has no place. We at MI CASA EN LA PALMA Inmobiliaria look forward to hearing from you!

WHAT'S AROUND THE CORNER?
=> San Andrés y Sauces
San Andrés y Sauces: Fertile soil, mainly used for banana cultivation, combined with the abundant water from the Marcos and Cordero springs and the lush, evergreen laurel forest of Los Tilos characterise this municipality, which is criss-crossed by deep gorges.
Tips:
Puente de Los Tilos: Over the Barranco de Aguas, you must marvel at the longest arch bridge in Spain!
Nacientes de Marcos y Cordero: A spectacular hike along the water pipes through tunnels to the Marcos y Cordero springs in the Los Tilos Biosphere Reserve.
The laurel forest of Los Tilos: A sensitive ecosystem from the Tertiary period, which has been declared the core area of the La Palma World Biosphere Reserve. Discover the numerous tree species and the extraordinary giant ferns that sprout in monumental form where the forest is densest and most humid.
El Charco Azul: a natural swimming pool with spectacular views of the ocean! In addition to the seawater pools, there is also a children's pool, a small waterfall, sun terraces, showers and changing rooms... and you can also indulge in culinary delights here!
If you follow the rocks on the right-hand side, you will find great fishing spots and a small, idyllic but stony beach.
Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Montserrat: Built in 1513, the interior contains valuable Flemish works, such as the Virgen de la Piedad, as well as a valuable panel painting of the Madonna of Monserrat.
Fiestas: The first week of September sees the festival of Our Lady of Montserrat, the patron saint of the municipality.
Old town of San Andrés: Perhaps the most beautiful town in La Palma!
Puerto Espindola: Fishing port and marina, as well as the black sand beach La Playa del Puerto Espindola.
Destilerías Aldea: Destilerías Aldea is a rum factory that you should get to know. It is dedicated to the production, bottling and marketing of rum made from locally grown sugar cane. With a history dating back four generations of rum masters!
Restaurante Mesón del Mar: A restaurant with a long tradition, closely linked to the small town of Puerto Espindola. Eating fish here and enjoying the view over the beach and the harbour is not to be missed!
...and much more!!!
