The windows of the flat all face the quiet, sun-drenched courtyard, and the atmosphere is very well-kept, quiet and friendly.

The street in front of the building is a low-traffic residential street where you can easily find parking.

The fittings are solid: solid wood doors, aluminium windows and shutters, and light-coloured tiled floors that are easy to clean and give the room a natural brightness.

Electricity, water, telephone connection, TV and fast fibre optic internet (Fibra óptica) are of course available.

This property is in a prime location in Tazacorte, right on Plaza San Miguel, one of the most charming squares on the island, with its unique fountain by Palmerian artist Luis Morera, lively kiosk, cosy cafés and shady trees.
Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets, small shops, bars, restaurants and the bus stop at the town hall. Puerto de Tazacorte, with its dream beach and marina, is also just a few minutes away by car or bus.

The flat is being sold partially furnished: the fitted kitchen, including appliances, and the built-in wardrobe in the bedroom are included in the offer.

Don't miss this rare opportunity to live in one of the most sought-after locations on La Palma – completely barrier-free, comfortable, central and sunny.

WHAT'S AROUND THE CORNER?
=> Tazacorte

If you love sun, sun and more sun, then the municipality of TAZACORTE is the place for you. This area has one of the most tropical climates on the island, with an average temperature of 20 to 30 degrees throughout the year and the most hours of sunshine in Europe. And that's in all seasons!

Tips:

Playa de Tazacorte: The 50-metre-long and 10-metre-wide fine sandy beach of Puerto de Tazacorte is the ideal beach for those who enjoy nature but don't want to forego certain amenities. It is located at the mouth of a stream bed, far away from the noise and bustle of the city, but has restaurants and cafés right on the beach promenade. Not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful sunsets that can be admired here!

Puerto de Tazacorte sports and marina: The harbour of Puerto de Tazacorte is simply inviting for a stroll! This is also where the Fancy excursion boats depart for whale and dolphin watching. A must-do!!!

Puerto de Tazacorte fishing harbour: The fishing harbour right next door supplies the freshly caught fish that you can enjoy in the numerous fish restaurants on the beach promenade of Puerto de Tazacorte! A small shop on the fishing grounds also invites you to buy fish for private consumption! A tip for amateur chefs!

Hike through the Barranco de las Angustias: The hike in the Barranco de las Angustias, the ‘Gorge of Death’, is a must! The path runs through the deeply cut gorge, often flanked by sky-high rock faces, the natural exit of the Caldera de Taburiente crater. The riverbed is sometimes wide and open, then only a few metres wide again. Exciting and unique!

Banana Museum: Here, everything revolves around EL PLÁTANO. Simply more than a banana!

Ermita de San Miguel Arcángel: The 15th-century pilgrimage chapel and the 16th-century mansions, such as the Caserón del Almirante Díaz Pimienta, are a real adornment to Tazacorte.

Fiestas: Among the most important festivals are 16 July, the day when sailors carry the Virgen del Carmen in a procession, and 29 September, the festival in honour of their patron saint, San Miguel Arcángel, the patron saint of the town, the harbour and the inhabitants of Tazacorte.

Restaurante El Sitio / Hotel Hacienda de Abajo: An oasis in the middle of a sea of banana trees, with beautiful gardens and cuisine that intoxicates the senses.

Tapas bar La Marmota on the promenade in Tazacorte: One thing is certain: at the tapas bar La Marmota on the promenade in Tazacorte, you can experience one of the most enchanting sunsets La Palma has to offer. With a sundowner in the form of one of the many delicious gins, you can concentrate on the most important things in life! :-)

Restaurant Re-Belle: One of the best restaurants on our Isla Bonita! No longer an insider tip!
